immediately established as a point of supra-regional
commercial interest. Its curated brand mix and sophisticated
design recreated the atmosphere of an Italian town within a
commercial village.
Swindon Designer Outlet (UK)Swindon Outlet (UK)
Adaptive reuse of a UK Grade II* listed former railway works,
uniquely designed to include a themed food court within a
multi-award-winning national and international outlet centre.
The first of three phases opened in 1997.
Roubaix Designer Outlet (FRA)Roubaix Outlet (FRA)
Repurposed development of an existing city-centre high street
and surrounding facilities into one of France's early outlet
village concepts. Roubaix is a city of remarkable civic and
industrial architecture.
Gloucester Quays (UK)Gloucester Quays (UK)
Waterfront revitalization of a historic dock incorporating the
first phase of a 15,000 sqm outlet centre with bars,
restaurants and leisure uses, including a 100+ bedroom hotel,
plus planning for over 1,000 apartments.

Faisaliah Centre - Riyadh (SA)Faisaliah Centre (SA)
Centrally located mixed-use development including the iconic
Faisaliah Office Tower and a 5-star hotel, complemented by
retail and residential offerings.
Aldar PJSC - Abu Dhabi (UAE)Aldar PJSC (UAE)
Iconic design voted Best Futuristic Design in 2008. The 23-floor
building, with no internal pillars, offers over 48,000 sqm of
office space for both national and international tenants.
Msheireb Downtown - Doha (QA)Msheireb Downtown (QA)
Centrally located neighbourhood with over 100 LEED-certified
buildings, offering residential, office and retail spaces,
together with four hotels and museums. Listed in the Guinness
Book of World Records for its underground car park scale.

Multi-purpose mixed-use community featuring contemporary
high-rise buildings with cutting-edge architecture and
sustainable design. Across 47 acres, it hosts leading global
technology companies alongside government ministries.

Prix Versailles 2017 winner in the Shopping Malls category.
Conceived as a corner of Milan in China, it blends Italian
architecture, design innovation and an open-village atmosphere.
Florentia Village - Wuqing (CN)Florentia Village (CN)
Italian-style luxury outlets in the Chinese city most closely
linked to Italian culture. Understated design and a harmonious
network of streets and squares create a highly successful
luxury retail destination.
Badaling Outlet - Beijing (CN)Badaling Outlet (CN)
A refined "garden village" with a distinctly European
atmosphere and strong landscape integration. Views to the Jundu
Mountains create a clear contrast between luxury retail and the
natural setting of the Badaling Hills.
